Après l’alinéa 31, insérer l’alinéa suivant :
« 6° L’institution mentionnée à l’article L. 723‑11 du code rural et de la pêche maritime lorsqu’il s’agit de non-salariés agricoles. »
Exposé sommaire
Par cet amendement, les député.es membres du groupe LFI-Nupes entendent écarter l'hypothèse d'une orientation des BRSA exploitants agricoles vers Pôle Emploi.
Dans l'hypothèse où les exploitants agricoles allocataires du RSA doivent absolument être orientés par le Conseil départemental vers un organisme de suivi et d'accompagnement, alors celui-ci doit être à même de comprendre leurs réalités, leurs difficultés, et de les aiguiller vers des acteurs compétents sur les questions d'installation, de gestion, de soutien social.
Pôle Emploi ne répond pas à ces critères et n'est pas adapté à leurs besoins spécifiques. Nous proposons que les BRSA exploitants agricoles soient orientés vers la CCMSA et ses caisses déconcentrées.
